Got an email tonight from the CB's new owner. He seems pretty excited. Just gets me motivated to get moving on the new(est) one.

Hi
Just got back into Aus about an hr ago. I just had to let you know how over the moon
I am with the little cafe racer witch I have been hauling and riding all over the
west coast. I'll tell you something the C 10 I bought is a pretty spectacular
vehicle but it really did not get any of the attention that the bike got. From the
minute we picked it up to when we droped it off it was drawing in the crowds and
making them smile. I am so wrapped!!

As far as Iam concerned it is perfect, your description was honest, it was
everything I had wished for.

The guy we bought the truck off had two high dollar custom bikes that had been
featured in easyrider magarzine plus about a dozen $80 000 cars and he even said
this is one of the most admired things he has had in his show room, and what a
reception we got going over Hoover dam. We felt like movie stars with all the photos
been taken. Even more when I rode her out of the valet parking at the Bellagio
casino bursting ear drums.

Thank you so much. Now pull your finger out and get started on your new bike, I'll
be interested in your progress.

Cheers mate;
Greg

Are you stocking up on pieces for the new one?

Yeah. Got all the parts for the dual front disc brake mod sorted, similar rear sets to whats on GF's orange bike, new oil lines, fb front fender that should look really nice when on, and a custom tank/tail section on order ... but I have been just sitting around here lately. Need to talk Thrux-ton-up in to coming over for a visit (maybe 3) and help me pull it all the way down to the frame for powdercoating .. but first I'll need to clean off some work benches. ;)
