Disconnect everything non essential and see if it still blows. Remove all bulbs, or better yet disconnect them from the harness. Can also remove all fuses that don't run the engine. Ad stuff back one at a time and maybe you can find the problem. Could likely be a power wire with worn...

If you take your time you can find parts for most mods used, but in nearly new condition on this forum, other forums and ebay. I tried 5 seats and 5 exhausts before I found what I wanted. Bought my suspension that way too. You will get the parts at about 1/2 price. If you don't like them...

The aircraft mechanics use stp by itself.

My aircraft mechanics always use STP engine oil treatment to lubricate bearings on engine assembly. It is also great for installing difficult hoses. It is thick, sticks on and is VERY slippery. http://www.stp.com/products/oil-additives/oil-treatment/

For what it is worth, I have had great luck with permatex liquid aviation gasket cement. I learned about on my airplanes. I had an air compressor which regularly blew the head gasket. That stuff on both sides and it hasn't blown in 15 years!

Is that head missing two cam caps?

You can always look in a parts book or go to BikeBandit and look up the parts from each year to see if they have the same part number.
