I bet you 5 dollars its the clutch sensor. Happened to me. wiggle it around... or pop it out and press it by hand. You need a little screw driver to poke the hole under where it connects.

2008 was STILL Carbed bikes w/clip ons. 2009 was fuel injection and bars. Confusing... because the dealers started selling the 09s in the middle of 08.

It's not as bad as Warrez. (sp?) But don't stop... just ride.

That little tank was able to go exactly 70 miles before running dry. Not THAT bad. But still, i wouldn't ride it for more than shows and in town stuff.

Does that mess with the carb tune and back pressure? I would save up for a real exhaust kit.
