Here's my fav stick. 2008 Fender Telecaster Standard American with S-1 switching in Butterscotch Blonde. The neck is like butter and the sound is creamy smoothe. It crunches pretty well too. Now a days I am using a Fender Hot Rod deluxe with Emince speakers. The combo is superb.

The amp in this picture is long gone.

My Martain MMV...almost afraid to touch so I bang and bash the crap out of my Seagull S6 when I want to play acoustic. I love that old seagull but I don't have a picture of it.

I've always thought the BB tele is the most beautiful guitar ever made. Elegant simplicity, unmatched tone, and played by everyone from Prince to Roy Buchanan to Steve Cropper to Clarence White to Gary Burton to Jeff Beck to -I could go on. Hell, I bet Alex Lifeson plays one.
GE Smith summed it up best - "Do you play guitar, or do you play a tele?"
That Butterscotch is drool worthy.

Oh man, thank you so much. I did a ton of research and knew the day I bought it that IT was the right move...it's the real deal.

Alex Lifeson used Teles alot in the first albums and he is using them again.

Hot damn Gretsch, you blew me away with that blast from the past man, way too cool of you to post that, I'd forgotten about him....entirely. I started out life with music learning "Hawaiian guitar" but it was a steel in any event...back then I had a one handed instructor, he had a device for his right stump that held a steel and played left handed. I hated singing and so went to the steel guitar.
Thank you so much for that memory.....koi

Now this is a thread I can dig!

This a photo of my guitar. It's not an expensive guitar and it was probably made in Asia somewhere but is my weapon of choice.

This is the ammo I use.

The guitar has a nice action and it plays real nice but the the thing I like about it the most is what comes out of it can't kill or maim any....living .....thing!

Take it easy!

I wouldn't call myself a guitar player. I've owned and toyed around with them for years, but never seriously learned. Maybe I'll take some lessons and see if I can get a little better. I think my days of potential fame and fortune are behind me, so no pressure! Although, while growing up, I always did want to be Ace Frehley...

Here's my current guitar. Ibanez ART 100. Crappy cell phone pic, but you get the idea.

Here's my main battle-axe...A homemade 9104 Spiglet based on a Fender P/J bass. The 91/04 represents the birth, and death year of my dog, which was nicknamed "Spiglet". She was a black lab, so, a black bass, hardware, straplocks, the works. I also have a Fender P, with a added J pup added, which the g/f seems to have claimed as her own, and a Lakland 4401, which isn't getting any use of late, so it may be time to sell 'er to finance some bike mods.
