I rode my 03' to Mid-Ohio and back about 650 miles one way and at speeds of 75 - 80 mph and it did not miss a lick, this was in temps reaching 100 degrees when we got back to Tennessee and further south. My bike has not had one problem in about 10,000 miles.

heat doesnt seem to worry Bonnevilles.

we had a heatwave that finally ended a month ago. for weeks temperatures hovering around 40 deg C most days and peaking at 48 deg C (whatever that is in F).

Didnt seem to trouble my bike one bit.

that = fucking hot with a capital F!

40 deg c = 104f
48 deg c = 118.4f

Your headers are so shiny, Dave. Do the Sceptre exhausts include headers that are immune to the blue curse?

Like sweatmachine said, they are double walled headers. Maybe those will fit on the bonnies? I also use blue buster about once a year to get the yellow and blue out.
