True, but at the time it was the best reviewed/looking naked bike, and as for your Tiger 800, in that ADV style, looks as good or better than any BMW. I'm just not a form over function kinda guy, which is why the fake carbs on the Bonnevilles are just about the only negative I have to say about them.

Concur. That is indeed annoying....though as long as they don't mandate pirate outfits, I'll forgive them for their sins.

Yeah the carbs and filters are a bit much.
I've already had someone ask how the carbs work because the cables are missing
