hello fellow mac user.
Posting pics is no different on a pc. You need to have the images posted somewhere, photobucket, shutterfly, your webspace provided by your isp, etc.
Navigate in your browser to that image and ctrl-click the image to copy it's url (copy image address), and then paste into the insert image window, and it will add the html tags to the link. Your copied url should include the exact file name.

hmm that image seems to not show through, although the link is good. I think it's blocked from being displayed outside of its source
