Some people use an LED, I used 2 diodes, this does require cutting a few wires. Basically I hooked a diode (Radio Shack 276-1143) to each of the wires coming into the light and then soldered those into one side of the idiot light, then you tap the other side of the light into a ground from one...

Rarely get to ride my bike just for pleasure, alot of riding to work and to run errands. Must say that I always manage to find the looong way to do it all.

Guys yall are killing me, I've been wanting to do some engine work on my bike but I'm trying to be responsible and SAVE money. But would saving money feel as good as new carbs, cams and ignitor?:mad2:

I've got about 8500 miles on mine without a lick of trouble, just change the oil and filter and go. Oh yeah I had to change the tires at ~6000 miles.

That to me would be better than your run of the mill partying anyway, of course we would have to try to combine the 2 (partying and yellowstone)! Congrats on getting your daughter to this point in life, mine is 7 months old and I can only imagine what all awaits!
