goota agree - a kinda confusing array of parts throw at it, looks like they just couldn't decide what they wanted to build

something like a modern (but classic) cross between a Yamaha SR4/500 and a Royal Enfield.. that we could make our own by modding the hell out of them :D As for fuel range and MPG, the ol' venerable Royal Enfields are reported to get around 70MPG with their 50's tech....

I really like the Öhlins shocks. They have a "firm but still plush" feeling to them. I found they are sensitive to preload adjustments, to little and they bottom, too much and they get harsh. Previously I had Ikon 7514 shocks which were a huge improvement over the harsh stockers. So...

and: Would be both cheaper and better to ditch the original shocks I'd think...
