I'm still alive and well . . . at least alive, I now have two shoulders that the rotator cuff have now been fixed and they both hurt! I work 24/7 after my 2 year vacation at my desk with pay so everything equals out! :D

I wish everyone a Happy Holiday season no matter what the fuck you are! More importantly though . . . and I really mean this - May 2009 bring every one of you and your entire family Peace, continued Good Health and enough Prosperity to make all your dreams come true!

Yeah yeah you all want to know what I got . . .
  • A pair of Merrill Clogs
  • A pair of Dansko Clogs
  • A new bathrobe
  • A 16GB USB memory stick
Now for the Good stuff:
  • Night Vision Goggles (the wife keeps waking me up at night and telling me she hears noises in our new house. I keep telling her the 45 under my pillow is chambered and if the bedroom door opens their will be no contest!) However, if she does send me out into the house on night patrol I am now prepared!

Hey Hedge,
glad to hear your rotators are rotating now, how goes the rehab?
I'd be interested in your experience if you feel like PM'ing me about it, I have to get one done first of the year and don't look forward to it, mostly out of not knowing how rough it's going to be on the healing side.
I see your man space is getting comfortable, nice compressor dude....lots of possibilities there for sure!
As far as the goggles, has your wife realized you now have an advantage over her when the room is dark?.......lol.....

Thx all - Yep the whole house is getting comfortable! I'm not planning on coming out of my NY Giants Pajamas until Monday morning when I go back to work. I'll be camped out right here . . .

Dam it great to have a camera again and dam nice to have a few days off to do nothing but relax. I'm gonna have to catch up here on the forum and see what I have missed.

Bill - I'll try and shoot you an email over the weekend and give you my 50cent tour of the Rotator Cuff Operations. The bone spur removal from both my feet done at the beginning of 2008 was 100% successful. I have zero pain from either foot. I can only hope for the same from my shoulders in time. The doctor says that each person heals at a different rate. He also said that the left shoulder, which is the one I had done in the beginning of June is coming along real well as far as motion, range and strength, he said that the right one which was done on December 5th has made unbelievable progress in motion, range and strength as well . . . but the only problem is he doesn't have to feel my pain when I make those 45 - 90 degree reaches from the bed in the middle of the night to the water glass on the night stand to my parched lips!

Mrs. Hedge is busy right now making her world famous Osso Buco and I have my famous clams casino ready for the broiler! Gonna watch a double feature tonight - Alien Raiders & Burn after Reading. We watched Slumdog Millionaire last night and I gotta tell you all, if you haven't seen it, go to the movies, rent it or download it from a Pirate site and watch it because it is excellent!

Glad to read you're doing good. Cool xmas gifts, it's a good woman that knows and gets you the things you want/need.

I hope your healing goes swiftly, I know no one wants to hear this, but the healing process goes faster without your favorite alcoholic beverages.

Thx Fellas - I'll be around anytime I have time. I'm almost seeing the light at the end of the tunnel with all this new technology roll out. Maybe I can get to gettin back on the bike this Spring.
