steering stem adjustment

what's a good source for a pair of wrenches to fit the steering stem nuts on a Thruxton? not the 30mm top nut, the two thin nuts under the yoke

Yeah, something like that but its a weird size. I have all the sizes for the old bicycle headsets, none fit. It is something crazy like 38.7mm.
