Uhhhhhhhhh... I wish I could drink a beer right now. It's been ~2 months (or more) since the crash. The pain meds would make it a REALLY bad idea to drink.

On a side note I just don't get recreational use of pharmaceuticals. This shit takes the pain away but it also:

1) makes me feel foggy
2) constipates you
3) upsets the stomach

I can't wait to get off this crap.

Gretsch, I did a couple years on opiates for pain, re: the constipation, take metamucil, or wallyworlds brand which is cheaper, on a daily basis and the constipation will go away.
You might also ask your doc to prescribe a Fentanyl patch, much smoother delivery and you lose the 'foggy' feeling and no upset stomach. The reason you're getting the foggy thing is that you end up on an UP/Down cycle which delivers a big dose just after you take it then slowly tapers down till you take another one then you're back up again. Pain in the Ass...like a roller coaster ride. Not fun. With the Fentanyl you won't get foggy, won't get an upset stomach and will not likely even get a "buzz" from the meds, just a cessation of the pain.
