That is "Rigid Rich" on the right. He used to be president of the Virginia British Motorcycle Club and put on one heck of an annual event in Leesburg VA. I ran into him at our "Mods vs Rockers" show in Baltimore last month. He was pretty banged up, took a dump on a local friends bike the night before. I see his arm is still in a sling.
