Uh, yeah. Lived in Idaho for a year, great training for my winters in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Boise's average winter temperatures are higher than Vermont, but the wind there will cut you in half. Stay warm, my friend. It is a lot warmer than Vermont...

What you lose in rolling hills and autumn color you will gain in the pine trees of the majestic Rocky Mountains. Yellowstone is but one day's ride away. Take a big bite out of life in the Mountain West. It is fantastic.
When you get up there and settled in, and if you're a fly fisherman I'd love to send you a nice selection of flies for your fishing.
If you fish like I do, a half case of dynamite would be handy....
Become a Bronco Fan. Boise State a great football team and some pretty good eateries around campus. There's also some kick ass roads heading up to Lewiston/Clarkston area and Casinos are just across the State line.
And I do have to say that Winter lasts all Winter long.
Love to fly fish, I have about 50 flyes but I am always looking for more. We love to trout fish with spinning rods and worms. Last summer we went on a Trout fishing trip to Montana and caught 42 trout. YUM!
Great beers out west too!
Thanks!
Tito
its a long ride to Bennington but we have faith in you
see you in June
That's right. You have a challange with LoVel on who has to travel the furthest!
Very Nice ! I"ve been tying flies for 30 years or so and have some killer patterns...as before, let me know when you're ready and I'll send some along....guaranteed to catch big fish.....lol...(no wait, that was the dynamite)
Going to miss you!
