Rear stand for the Bonneville, Thruxton and Scrambler

Harbor freight one looks like it would do the same thing at 1/4 the price! :) Seems pricey to me for some bent metal with a rubber stopper on the end.

Most of the time with Harbor Frieght, thats true, but I have this stand and its not only well made, looks great. I love it, its light and has strong rollerblade-type wheels. http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=99701

This is the other HF stand that looks just like the one posted above, and its the one I was referring to. Its hard to spot the difference... well except the price. Actually if you ask me, this looks much better made than the BIKE LIFT one. Note the vertical support arms, dual wheels, and adjustment so it can be used on more than one bike.

Posting the one from the first post above for reference:

BTW, I think the latest MotorCyclist had a coupon for stands or something at HF, I cant really remember. Might want to check that out if you have a copy.

The stand is available in the U.S.

The Bonneville stand is available in the United States from PJ's Parts. Just click here. They are $83.00 plus about $23.00 shipping.

When they say "specifically Made For..." I am assuming that what they are refering to is that it will fit into the very tight space between the Exhaust Can and the end of axle?

On my '09 Bonnie SE there is like 1/4" space if that.

I've been looking around quite a bit for a stand that won't mes anything up and was just curious as to what was meant by "Specifically Made For"...
