So after riding with the rear sets, which are very comfortable with the ace bars, I noticed the vague feel while down shifting mostly due to the additional linkage, but also oddly enough….due to boot placement on the shifter.
I fabricated a tab out of scrap aluminum, drilled and tapped a mounting screw hole and with a bit of JB Weld to ensure no movement, ended up with a better feel.
