Muffler gaskets

What do you use for a gasket on the mufflers of Mag wheel Bonny.Mine had some rubber orange tape with a blue stripe.

When you apply it, apply it to the inside of the silencer rather than the outside of the header pipe. That way, when you slide the silencer on, any excess just gets pushed up in side the silencer and it's not as noticeable from the outside of the pipe and helps keep the pipes looking clean.

Just to throw it out there, make sure to wipe down the exhaust good after you're completely done installing it and before starting your bike. Saw this on one of those Delboy youtube videos via the interwebs. I wouldnt have realized this, but apparently all the smudge marks left from mounting the pipes can get easily etched, in a sorts, onto the pipe when it gets hot and can be real pain in the arse to remove. I wiped the shit outta my pipes before i started my bike, just in case.
