metric screw size for speedo cable?

Maybe I am dense but is this screw size 5x0.8x20 (mm), per the Bike Bandit part description?

I have unfortunately crossthreaded it when replacing my speedo cable. I have a buddy who can do a tap for me but I obviously need the right size tap. All he has is SAE taps so I need to get a metric one.

Any help appreciated

The Bike Bandit description is:

I believe that is the correct size, but unfortunately I don't have a tap or thread gauge that size to double check it for you.

the OEM Triumph parts book nominates phillips countersunk head screw M5 x 20 for all Bonnevilles, Thrux etc etc
part number 3330017-T0301

standard M5 has a 0.8mm pitch

The new cable works and I am in no worry to take out the screw but in the event I need one this well certainly help!
