Sounds a bit high to me. I've got 140's on mine. I've seen a lot of guys with 140 or 145's on 865 motors, with K&N pods. I don't know about UNI's, but I hear that DNA filters need 150 to 155's.
Checking the color of the plugs after a ride won't tell you specifically if your mains are right. Gotta run at or near WOT for a fair distance, pull the clutch and kill the engine, come to a stop and then check the plugs for color.
