KTM oil cooler

I noticed the oil cooler on my 05 Thruxton was made by KTM
I wonder if its the same KTM as the bike manufacturer

I read somewhere that when KTM nearly went under, the company split into two parts, bike maker and rad/oil cooler maker. Can anyone confirm this?

you sir are correct, the company is split into three divisions, motobikes, push bikes and auto cooling systems
