Kendon Trailer Wheel Chock Installation

Anybody have a PDF of the instructions for the installation of this?
I have the U-channel version of the trailer if that makes a difference.

Also, what hardware do I need for it?

Nat, My Kendon also has the U-channel (no front wheel chock). I'd like to replace the front portion where the wheel stops with a locking wheel chock myself. If you find the instructions, pls fwd them to me.
