Is my rear suspension even?

I was just reading the manual and decided to go look. I just don't know what I'm looking at so I thought I'd ask you gurus, or gurus to me at least.

looks like it, but it's kinda tough to be sure from the pictures.

you want to make sure that the tabs are both set to the same notch in the preload settings. They both look like they are one notch away from the lowest setting.
