Saw that one also. I like any Triumph video stuff, picked up a vhs tape a long time ago called the "Golden age of British motorcycling" it goes up through the 50's but still cool.

State's Bonneville named after land speed record of Bob Lepan from Detroit. It was land speed record set at Bonneville by Johnny Allen 1956. Lepan set land speed record after Bon was in production

Death of the Triumph

Just came across this video of the final days of Triumph. Never realised that they named the engine the Diana. Makes for me owning a Royal a nice proposition. Probably mre of a dream than reality though
