Bought them from Norman Hyde, had them on bike for about 300 miles. They lock to the rack and are lockable. Fit a Shoei J-Cruise no problem. hey are the 40liter size.
Bike is gone don't have any use for the bags.
They come with a rack for a 2014 America. May fit others.
