I'm wondering if they make tank rounds in #7 shot?.....aaahhh that would translate into 17 1/2 lbs of #7 per shot? Or, with a clay that large, maybe buckshot would be better?

17.5 pounds of shot= $22.40, one really big wad=$3, 2 pounds of powder = $19.25
$44.65 per round
that could get expensive

It is just a tad more than plinking with a .22 but close to par for .45 rounds these days....
But hey, you only live once......what's a .50 cal round going for these days...??

you can get 50 BMG rounds for less than $10 each
shot shells are $6 to $9 a box and I plan on shooting more than 300 of them this weekend + many .223 and 9mm and .45
my boys and I are going to a "multi gun" shoot this weekend

Gear up

THAT...might improve my trap score.

What kind of reloading gear do you need for tank shells?

Hmmm, snow shovel, large funnel, hydraulic ram, chain hoist and a CNC machine.....(for those hollow point rounds)

I'm hot to enter that national "punkin chunkin" meet next week.....

Holy Shit, Batman, that sucker could put some serious hurt on a whole bunch of troops.....next logical question, can they put variable chokes on tank cannons...:eeek::lol3:
It did look like a sabot charge though, something followed the shot mass for quite a while....
