If you are talking a complete wheel then yes an 01 front wheel will fit an 08 as all part numbers for the associated components are identical for all models, however if you are talking about lacing an 01 hub to an 08 rim I'm not so sure as there has been a change of wheel suppliers during the model run.

Wanting to use 01 hub to send in to have wheel made up if it'll go on my 08. Didn't know if it was same size in regard to bearings, axle and disc brake, sounds like it will.

My personal experience has shown that the axles on the '01s are different from the axles on the '08s.

I have a front hub (and complete front axle) from an '08 if you're interested. PM me if so.

I'm fixin' to put a whole bunch of Bonnie parts on the market.
