are the ends threaded for the stock end plugs? and bar end mirror friendly?

I have them also, they are very comfortable, but I wish I could angle them more downwards. Im thinking I might get short risers so i can angle them more. Without risers and at the angle i would like to have them they hit the tank at full lock.
