So I hacked off more extraneous bits from the bike this morning. Even fabbed up a half-assed rectifier relo bracket and moved the horn under the tank (now that I'm typing this, I forgot to make sure that worked...). Complete AI removal was a breeze - used a 13mm box end wrench and some M12x1.25 drain plug bolts. The plug off some old handlebars finished off the airbox too. O2 sensors came out without a hitch. Found that the dealer had mapped me for the Arrow E25 map - bastards. Luckily, Tuneecu is awesome and I mapped it correctly along with disabling the AI and O2 sensors.
My loving wife got me the D9 bracket for fathers day - so that's up next... Along with finding a more permanent home for the rectifier.
Oh, and if anyone is in the St Louis area, there's the Schalfly Vintage Bike Night tonight - really amazing bikes, and Donnelson Cycles is bringing down their vintage BSA collection Check it out!
