Last April I rode to Apopka,FL for work and took my 955i Daytona. The first day I got to Talahasse(im sure im not spelling that right) from Longview,TX. I think it was around 700 miles and I was cooked, prior to that the longest trip I did was pretty much straight through from Long Beach,CA to Conroe,TX on a BMW K75 I had bought out there in CA, I slept in Pie Town,NM for like 5 hrs then got up and took off for home and just stopped for gas. I dont want to think about doing anything like that on my Bonneville the way it sits now.
