Bonniville Headlight Bracket/Fork Ears

Hi all, I've ordered the "Dual OEM Gauge Ignition Relo Bracket" from D9 for my 2008 T100. http://newbonnevilleriders.com/forum/showthread.php?t=140 Anyway, before it gets here I want to purchase a set of fork ears and fill the holes and paint them before my bracket arrives (I want to continue riding my bike during this time). I've checked with bikebandit and they want $112.00 for the right side and $57.00 for the left. My first question is where can I find these cheaper or used? I've tried ebay with no luck so far. Second question; if I'm forced to get the chrome version ($140.00), how do I remove the chrome and prep them for painting? I want to stick with the OEM or exact copies as I like the look. Thank you for any feedback, my email is [email protected] Bob

Bob, I have a pair of undamaged stock Bonnie headlight ears. I'll take $90 plus shipping for the pair (in CONUS). Lemme know.

I have a pair also.

I only need one pair, as long as they aren't bent (like my current ones are). If you want less than $90 shipped, sign me up. if not, there are a couple threads in the parts wanted forum where people are looking for 'em.
