Bar ends

Been looking at Bar-end mirrors

They seem to be either 3/4" or 1" but it's unclear whether that's Inside diameter or outside.

I turn to you guys - the experts!

The 3/4" dimension doesn't make sense .... handlebars are either 7/8" od or 1" od.

I think all Bonnevilles and T100's are 1" bars at least up to 2007 anyway. Scramblers and Thruxtons get funky not sure on them.

the other difference is if your bars have threaded inserts. If your bar ends are screwed in then you needs mirrors for the same.

what size bars do you have doubledog, 1'' or 7/8"?

from what I can make out Triumph have two OEM bar mirrors available
A9638020 for Thruxton 1" bars
A9638056 for T100 and Bonnie 1" bars

dont know what the difference between the two are as both for 1" bars.
I am looking at fitting bar end mirrors to mine as well and this is as far as my research has taken me

1" bars have a 20mm inside diameter
