I need help finding a motorcycle cover for my 07 TBA. My dad bought me one for my birthday and it said it had heat shields built in. Well I was putting the cover on my bike and the cover hit the header and melted through. I got the melted cover off my header but need a good cover that this will not happen to.
I keep my bike in a garage when I am at home but I ride my bike to work almost everyday. It sits outside under trees in the Texas heat, some out of nowhere rain showers and birds (will do what birds do).
My problem is I do not want to wait around 30 min, or go inside and come back out in 30 min to put on a cover. I want to ride, park, cover and walk away. Water proof would be nice but I try not to ride if there is a good chance of rain, but we all know rain happens.
Anyone know of a good “Melt Proof” cover?
