    2012 Street Triple R question(s)

Personally i would go with the graphite, any day. I really don't think there is that much difference between the models you mention, just the looks. The twin round bug eyes are the best look in my opinion. I just traded in my 2010 R for a Tiger, but i did love that bike :)

    Dear NBR

I had Thrux that I traded for a Street R. Meanwhile I had access to wife's Black, that i rode few times. I really cant say that i miss the Thrux, otherwise i would have been riding the Bonnie more. I also commute and the Street is just so much better all the way around. That being said, both are...

    straight razors..

Straight for me, mainly Dovo Astrale. I hone my own, since i have the stones etc for my Japanese cutlery. I use to get a shit load of razor bumbs on my neck from using canned aftershave and Gillette uber mach whatevers. With a straight i can get atleast as close of a shave, but take it easy...

    Steet Triple coming from Bonnie....

Neuro, go for it :) I commute daily and just did a 2K mile trip on my triple, cant beat it for either purpose. I have an option to take my wife's Bonnie black pretty much anytime, but haven't even thought about it since i switched over to the Streety.

Talk me out of the D&D "TT street pipes"

No actually i bought just the generic ones from JC Whitney i think, put one layer of packing on them and bolted them on right before the connection to the "reverse cone" part (end of headers). To remove i just drop the end section down remove one screw, and pull them out. Mine are full race so...

Talk me out of the D&D "TT street pipes"

i have removable baffles on mine that i use on my commute, baffles cut power off and the jetting goes to the woods, but it does give me an option to commute little quieter :) it takes a whopping 10 mins to pull them out for "spirited" rides.
