Incredibly clean, low mileage 2006 Triumph Scrambler for sale with lots of extras! Under 4,000 original miles. I have the original owners manual and spare keys.
The 2006 Scrambler was the first year Triumph introduced this model based on their "modern classic" Bonneville platform. It features the rock solid, air-cooled, 865cc parallel twin engine, with one major difference from the regular Bonneville being the 270º crank, which gives it a distinctly different, great sound (I have a walk around video with sound if you want to hear it). This bike features the White & Caspian Blue color combo.
IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDE:
- Arrow Stainless Steel exhaust system (Triumph factory accessory product)
- Air Injection System removed
- Air Intake Box removed and replaced with alloy battery box and K&N Pod filters
- Twin Keihin CVK Carbs re-jetted and sync'd for the added air intake/exhaust flow to add horsepower and better fuel efficiency
- Center stand added along with stock side stand
- Handlebar riser extenders
- Retro bullet-style brushed alloy turn signals and Lucas-style taillight
- Chrome wire mesh headlight guard
- Extended chrome seat bolts
- Front and rear side reflectors removed for a cleaner look.
- Rear brake relocation bracket puts caliper above the axle (instead of below) for extra clearance.
- Note: I've removed the bar end mirrors in some of these photos and installed the original OEM mirrors.
Starts right away with the built-in factory choke, and idles without the choke within a minute. Runs on regular gas. Battery is in good condition. Tires look unused and are in great condition.
