heat wrapped pipes?

WAY too many bikes out there with headers wrapped, with no issues, to try and validate the few issues that have also happened to bikes with no wrap.

Just look through the pic's on the photoposts. You'll see many headers that have been wrapped, and what, 3-4 claims of problems? (POSSIBLY caused by wrap, or NOT)

Most ALL "looks" have been played out. I guess thats why it's called "Ol school".

In my opinion, you have a better chance of damage from heat by cruzing at over crowded bike weeks, or improper air/fuel mix, then from wrapping.

Mine have been wrapped for years! no problems.

try ceramic coating. same basic idea but the pipe's don't blue and there is a small perf gain. looks lots cleaner powder coated in black or alum
