Case cleaner

Someone hear a while back mentioned a product that really got the case of the motor cleaned up, I for the life of me can't find it on search or anywhere I think to look. While my bike is torn apart I figure I could get in there and get it all purdy again.

I use ballistol(mineral oil + soap mix)

gets it nice and clean and leaves a light oily coat to make the black shine like factory.
Doesn't seem to attract any exceessive dust either.

I have heard the germans developed this for cleaning mausers back in the 1800's... as Vince says...

My case is the grey color not black, but might be worth a shot.

Simple Green Automotive Blend works good along with a big wheel brush.

I use Mothers Mag & Aluminum polish for all those kind of bits.

Thats what I've been using since I got the bike, the engine covers look great still but the case itself needs some cleaning.
