Need to ship a bike from PA to OK - any recommendations?

I have used uship.com with good results. You put in your info and folks bid on the shipping. Most are bonded/insured. PIck the one you like and go. I have shipped a Ducati and a Vanagon syncro this way.

    Rear Shocks

Finally put my Ikons on last night. Took about twenty minutes, including finding my tools that had migrated all over the garage over the Winter and removing the seat and Renntec. No issues with fitment and the rack went back on with no trouble. I have not made any adjustments. They are set...

    Saddlebag Alternatives

Haven't been passed page one of the thread yet but Triumph makes some larger bags that fit the same rail/rack as the City Bag. They are often seen on the "cruiser" Triumphs. I am thinking about get one of those for the single rack that I have on the left side of my Bonnie. I have used the...

    Rear Shocks

I just ordered these for my Scrambler as well...with the heavier spring as I am big-boned. Should be here in a couple weeks.

    There goes my progressive springs

Glad that Max is only on IR. We just lost our Schnauzer. Not sure that I have cried like that since I was a wee lad. She lived a long time and was a really good dog. My two year old Westie, Pino, is sitting on my lap helping me type this. Well he's not really helping at all as it is...

    Almost Killed

Glad you are OK Sal. This is a great reminder for all of us that those lights do not actually stop the cars any more than those yellow lines keep them in their own lane. Thanks very much for writing this. You may have saved lives just by sharing this experience with us.

    Finding neutral

I had/have this issue with my Duc all the time. I have not seen it with either of my classic twins. It is actually quite refreshing to ride a bike with such a nice gearbox. Not that the Duc is not nice but the Triumph "feels" nicer to me. I only have 3K miles on the Scrambler though so maybe...

    New Toy

I am suffereing from the same problem. My poor Bonnie... The Scrambler is closest to the door and it is the bike that I ride to work and pretty much everywhere. Everytime I am planning on riding the T100, I change my mind and take the Scrambler instead. Sad. Ha!

Thanks. That is a Renntec. No problems with fitment.

    Scrambler Handlebar Brace

Here are some pics. Not the best shots of the bars but you can kind of see how they fit on the bike. They are just a skosh taller and a tad more pulled back but not too far. I find them very comfortable. They did not require any new cables and I dd not need new grips for them. I bought them...

    Scrambler Handlebar Brace

I wound up with a set of Moose Racing ATV High Bars. These have the crossbar and are working out great. Gonna get a small bag to hang on the crossbar soon for the junk that is normally in my pockets.

    Good Night Irene

Rode the Scrambler into work today. Crossed two creeks with no issues. The only detour was a closed road from a fallen tree. I almost went around the barriers (would have been so easy) but chose a nice windy leisurely detour instead. When I got here, I found that a gal with whom I work got a...
