My brother and I did Bismarck, ND to Lakewood, CO in a day. Total of 739 miles. Him on his thruxton and me on my bonneville.

I have not. But did notice a screw on the bottom of it, but didnt know what it was for and didnt want to mess with it without knowing what it was for.

Any suggestions for how to loosen up the fuel tap? It is almost impossible to move after letting the bike sit for any period of time. Thanks.

I have the oil temp guage. It does not have a dip stick. I dont really know how accurate it is, but I like the way it looks.

Im 21. First bike was my bonneville, got it 2 years ago.

No riding here for awhile. In December we had 46 inches of snow. And between yesterday and today probably another 6.

I have them also, they are very comfortable, but I wish I could angle them more downwards. Im thinking I might get short risers so i can angle them more. Without risers and at the angle i would like to have them they hit the tank at full lock.

I use stabil and havent had any problems.

Any chance you could take pictures of just the seat without the rack?

I plan on warming up a bit before I change the oil only because the haynes manual suggests doing so.

Just out of curiousity, my dealer gave me a KN-191 filter, but the K&N website recommends a different filter, will this one work? Website recommends the KN-204.

does all the oil drain out? seems like it wouldnt if it is not lifted up in the back?
