Be careful what you wish for slowgator! This model has a backseat driver feature that is hard to switch off.

i use Wheel Guard Wheel Wax by the Chemical Guys on chrome, ss, powder coating and other surfaces. Amazing stuff that protects and lasts.

I agree that it does nothing for the bike's looks, but in this case practicality wins the day. Actually, using a sissy bar bag (or soft bag with a loop of some kind) flipped around to rest on the seat is exactly what I plan to do for overnight trips. Many luggage possibilities.
