    Is it possible you missed one or more of the ground wires? Maybe to one to ground from the starter solenoid or the ignition module? There sre several which are easy to miss because they are grouped together inside the harness. Mike

    I don't think that is the diode pack. The diodes are loose in the wiring loom. I will see if I have the ones I removed and let you know. Pinwall is a good dealer, but they aren't always accurate, you have to look closely. Mike

    Support the bike, unbolt the gauges, loosen the pinch bolts on the fork tubes, remove the center nut, lift the tree and the handlebars as a unit. Mike
