How old and how many years have you been riding?

Rode bikes from 1968 until I "became as one" with the front grille and windshield of a '79 Nova, then finally back on in 2008 at age 52. It's fun to freak out the kids when those little pieces of fairing and glass occassionally poke through the skin, even after 30 years.

    Bennington Bash

Follow up Thanks guys. I'd sure hate for someone else to get what I caught. The I.T. guys couldn't save my hard drive. It had to be replaced. Good thing I did a backup 6 days before. To clarify the events--I had visited the site about 6 weeks ago and upon entering, I received a message...

    Bennington Bash

BB forum virus I'm a little too banged up for that kind of riding. I had an close encounter with a car 30 years ago and am reminded of it every day. The closest I get to serious riding is watching the animals at the MotoGP at Indy. I realize I'm late to the game, but is everyone else aware...

Love the Bike! So what's stopping me.

Beer, you might find it interesting that one elderly gentleman came along with a young boy and it appeared he was near tears as he showed and explained features of the bike to his "grandson," while he was telling stories from his youth. Finally, I walked over to talk with him and he asked to...

Love the Bike! So what's stopping me.

In September, I parked by '08 Bonnie in line with all the $15-$30,000 Harleys at the James Dean Festival and then sat a short distance away to observe, as people walked by. Guess which bike got all the attention? It was hilarious! Get a Triumph. I don't regret my choice one bit.
