I'm looking for black mirrors to replace my stock mirrors on an 04 and don't want to pay an arm and a leg. Any suggestions?

search "bar end mirror" on ebay. . . there are any number of cheap but durable CRG knockoffs. the only rub is they're for 7/8" bars, but that easily solved with a collar or adapters if your bars aren't open-ended.

i had a napoleon mirror installed when someone tried stealing my bike but tipped it over just down the street... the mirror took the brunt of the fall and didnt break, only a few minor scratches. saved my engine cases, tank and everything (thankfully I had the passenger pegs out too)... these things RULE

I wanted to try some bar ends, but didn't want to spend too much in case I didn't like them. I bought a pair of cheapos < $20 from eBay. (Search for "Bar End Mirror Buell Triumph Ducati KTM BMW"). The set I got screwed right into my M Bars. I like them. I'll continue using them until they break and then I'll get something of better quality.
