I was just in the original Ace Cafe last week while visiting the UK. It was nice to be there. That being said we do have several motorcycle/hot rod themed places here in the States already. I hope they can do well? I know they will get tons of support from the Cafe Racer crowd and european motorcycle folks.

I'm not sure how the Ace will travel. After all, it started out as a transport cafe. Is there an equivalent to the Ace over there?
You mention hot rod themed places but are there genuine cafe/bars where bikers have hung out for years?
Don't forget that the Ace closed and was reborn after a number of uses, including a tyre fitting garage.
I think they are looking to export the 'Rocker' genre more than anything else.
I mean, exporting Rock and Roll to the States, come on..........:crazy::lol3:
