1962 Tiger T-100 500cc

Need some advice. Anyone know what a 62 T-100, not restored, dusty a little rust, not much doesn't start would be worth ?????

In my area they'd probably want a couple of grand or more for it. I've seen rusty, and I mean rusty, non running bikes from the '60s that listed for $1500 maybe $1800. Although the 500cc bikes are a little less popular.
