Oil return line

I was installing Arrow 2/2's and it has you reposition the oil return line to clear the pipe. I ended up putting a kink in it. Im about to order a replacement but am i screwed until it shows up or not? The line bounced back but its only half as wide in that spot as usual.

you can always try running it for a bit and keep an eye on it. and ya you do have to be mindful as you move it around. taking loose both ends makes it easier.

Its not leaking im just worried about the reduced volume through that one section.

inside the steel braid is a brittle plastic tube. Like a thick drinking straw. If it is kinked good,you probably should start looking for a replacement. Try Pinwall.

Well that sucks, new one is ordered from bike bandit.

If the line is still kinked you could try putting a small hose clamp around it and tighten it while watching to see if the line "rounds" back into shape.
