Honda rebuild for riding buddy

My very good friend and riding partner found this 1970 CL350 in a barn. The engine rolled over. He has the tank and seat. He wants to re build it as a project bike. Anyone with sites, parts people, knowledge to pass on would be greatly appreciated.

The CL 350 Scrambler was THE bike for me when I was young.The are a lot of 350 sites for every modding type including returns to stock. OregonThruxton [Gary] put some work into one for his girl [babes on bikes,page 1] so he would have some good insight for help.
