Metal Mule Rack

I purchased a Metal Mule Rack after waiting weeks for a back-ordered competitor's rack from Germany. I made the 2,000 mile trek to Canada's Yukon, up the Dempster Hwy and back to Dawson City, then over the Taylor Hwy back to Anchorage, Alaska. We did mostly gravel roads, with alot of side trips on dirt /muddy roads. Ton's of gear packed on, it performed flawlessly, nothing broke, loosened or fell off. I highly recommend this rack to anyone who wants to carry extra gear. Two thumbs up, Metal Mule!

Where's the ride report Mike?

The Metal Mule does look like a beefy piece of hardware. Glad to hear it's as tough as it looks.

I have made my own modifications conserning the boxes as well as the rack - used to metal works. My cousin purchased the Metal Mule rack and three boxes - at a very high price form U.K. They are, of course, good work and certainly long-lasting. But my self made equipement did it as well.
