Most of these are offa my cell phone and pretty crappy so I ran em through a photoshop filter called topaz adjust to make em a bit more interesting.

Little more done, never knew shaving my legs took so long, no wonder it takes forever for my wife to get ready. Gonna finish the other leg tomorrow then start the long process of sanding buffing and polishing.

Forks done, steppin' back to take another look! I ordered a vintage bates 5 3/4 headlight today and am waiting on the rear fender to move forward.

After much deliberation on the idea of buying a Chinese tig I pulled the trigger on an everlast powertig 250. It's a pulse machine with a whole lotta of options and more settings than the space shuttle. I've historically used millers but couldn't justify the price at this time. I noticed one in a picture from voodoo vintage (voodoovintage.com) and asked David how he liked his, it was from his glowing review I decided to take a chance. I'll let you guys know how she fares!

Finally got a chance to try out my new welder today. I'm rebuilding our Electro-coagulation unit at work out of square tube instead of angle iron. After I figured out I had the spot weld timer on (it kept cutting out after 5 seconds) everything went smooth. Just alot of re-learning how to tig, it has been two years since I was laid off at Red Bull Racing and I haven't touched one since then. First impressions of the machine are very good.

I love the way the bike is coming out. Looks like it fits you good.

hey - check this out, what do you think?

I dunno bout that one but I've heard decent things about the Harbor Freight tig no HF start but people seem to do ok with it scratch starting. Watch for it for sale. The everlast was 1400 on sale but so far I'm liking it 10x as much as my old Miller econo tig.

Put the triumph in the garage today, too much sand/gravel on the roads out here! I miss riding the Blue Ridge!

Cleaner shots of the sissybar I knocked out before jumping on the bus for vegas... Still need to weld some more and do some metal blending but I like the lines. I don't have a tube bender and my oxy set up is out of commission until I get the regulators rebuilt so my buddy Tyler and I did this with all cold, brute force bends using breaker bars and a vice on 1/2 round stock. Tyler says he knows a cheap chrome guy so when it's done I'm sending it out for some bling

I'm trying to decide if it needs more going on in the upper area. Thinking some flourish of some sort or maybe more round circles. I'm trying to keep a fairly round look on the whole bike with the David Bird looped tail ect.
