Anyone ever install a LSL Clip-on Elimination Kit

It wasn't and no.

Longer answer budget a couple of hours the 1st time as you will have to rebleed the front brake for the longer brake hose. You will also end up taking off the headlamp to get the throttle cables routed properly.
While you are about it swap over the headlamp brakets which lowers the lamp and bolt the clock bracket to the underside of the top bracket. I filled the holes in the top with grub screws.
Only downside is the LSL andlebars are quiet high and I have only just got a pair of flat vincent bars to fit and to acheive that I had to raise the handlebar clamps about 5mm with spacers and lose the fork preload adjusters. With master cylinder, cables hoses etc there is a shortage or realestate around the top clamp.

Regarding tools nothing special as long as you have a half way decent socket set.

i did it, 2010, no problems.
you need longer brake line (within the box)
and probably a longer clutch cable.
thats it.
removing the throttle and grips were easy.
i am now using the lsl sport bar,
the best in handling for me.
