Hello all. My real name is John. I haven't got a Bonneville yet; Got to sell the Tiger 800xc first. I know which Bonneville I want, but I'm not telling until I get it - so nobody beats me to the sale! I look forward to doing loads of 'stuff ' to my future purchase, which is all part of the enjoyment of motorcycle ownership I think. See you soon.

Welcome, and I hope the transition from Tiger to Bonneville goes well! I have a friend who went from Tiger 1050 to Bonneville T120 and doesn't regret it.

Thanks rbirkey. I'm trying to decide whether to go for an SE model that I like the look of, or take some time and maybe stretch to one of the new Bonnevilles. I like the idea of continually improving a motorcycle and making it my own; I think the new one may be too much of a complete package for my taste, with mainly 'bling' options rather than the performance and handling options that I envisage carrying out. Watch this space !
